Best Dogs are in Chinatown?

Jumbo Hot Dogs
139 Canal Street
Chinatown, NY
What better way to welcome a visitor to NYC than with a jumbo size hot dog. Next to the Fung Wah Bus station where daily commuters from Boston to New York gets dropped off, this small window front shop offers quick snack for riders. With a self proclaim sign of “the BEST in New York” (so they claim on their sign), I was eager to try.
For 97 cent a dog, I had to try one myself. The price is dirt cheap much cheaper than Gary’s Papaya $1.25.
The dog are cooked on the rotating heat racks, the ones you see at 7-11 and it’s hot dog 100% beef with natural casing which give the hot dog that snap when you bite it. For a extra 25 cents, you can choose toppings like onions, sauerkraut, and relish. For drinks they have from Boyland soda to regular cans. Great bargain for you people looking for cheap eats, definitely held me down till dinner. The hot dog were not bad, a great snake when you’re on the go.
