		<description><![CDATA[A restaurant called &#8220;Cha Chan Tang&#8221; opened up on Mott Street.  It&#8217;s a interesting concept, there&#8217;s no &#8220;Hong Kong Style Tea Restaurant&#8221; in Chinatown.
